BODY



1. Skin, we need protect our skin because the sunlights are very danger in mexicali, well i know a tip to protect the skin, the lime is a natural protection to the skin, sometimes when you need to clear you skin is the answer.


2. Bones, well my grandma say the milk, is a very good tip to protect our bones, we need calcium, that supouse to be a good treatment, sometimes the answear is natural benefits.


3. Muscles, that so easy, we need to do excersise, your body active to cardio, is a better perfomance.

4. Brain, well sometimes my uncle forgoten, things like mathematics the basics, sometimes like, the channels, well he ate so many fish and play the game memory this things help that part of brain.
